I have reset my PC recently, and reinstalled SDL Trados Business Manager 5.2.0. But it is in Demo Mode. I tried entering the activation code but it is not working. What do I do?
Trados Business Manager (TBM) has reached end of life. Following the discontinuation of TBM sales on 31 October 2023, all maintenance and support services will conclude on 31 October 2024.
What Does This Mean for TBM Users?

I have the same error:
"Activation failed. Invalid product key. Make sure that the product key belongs to the intended product or product version"
I asked SDL Support to reset my license (because I changed computers) and now reinstalled v.5.2.0 on a new machine and I can't activate.
Under the product key in my account, it says "BaccS Desktop 5"
