My PC where Trados Business Manager was installed died and I cannot deactivate my license in order to be able to install the app on a new PC.
On my SDL Account I can see: 1 license in use and 0 available but I can't see how to deactivate from there.
Also, I have backup of the old installation folder. Which files should I copy over the new new installation in order that all settings and databases be the same?
