Trados Business Manager (TBM) has reached end of life. Following the discontinuation of TBM sales on 31 October 2023, all maintenance and support services will conclude on 31 October 2024.
What Does This Mean for TBM Users?
It does not let me select the Studio version I have installed and I cannot move forward.
Thank you in advance for your help!
Hello Sandra Simões ,
It appears you may have two accounts registered with us.
1) ***** .co.uk account that only holds an old Studio Starter 2019 license
2) a gmail.com account, where you have the valid Studio 2021 license.
Please login to the AppStore, using this second email address and then the problem should be resolved.
Please let me know if this helps.

Hi Steven,
Thank you for your answer.
The GMAIL account is the one with which I purchased and downloaded both Studio 2021 and BM. I have logged in as per your suggestion but the problem persists...
Hello, Sandra,
There are 2 versions of BM Lite, one for 2019, and one for 2021. Are you sure that you have downloaded correct version corresponding to your Studio version?
Hi Eugene, I got Business_Manager_Lite-5.3.1
On the download page (https://appstore.sdl.com/language/app/sdl-baccs-lite/985/) there is a choice for 5.3.1:
So, both are 5.3.1, and we still not sure if you have a correct version which corresponds to your Studio version. Can you please re-check?
Oh I see, then maybe that's the problem exactly. I don't remember coming across that option, so I was probably on autopilot and chose the wrong one.
Thank you very much for your help, Eugene, I have raised a ticket to try to sort this out.
