First screen says connection is not established. On second screen, I see you didn't provide user name, nor user password. I recommend to check documentation:

1. Did you check application url? Port is specified correctly?

2. Did you check that values provided in all fields do not contain leading and trailing spaces, and case-sensitive?

3. Which versions of Studio, Tbm connector and TBM you have?

1: yes

3: Studio  and TBM connector 6.0.3 and TBM 6.0.35

Just tested on few machines with exactly same versions. It works, as for many other users. Not sure what to advise. Maybe have a look via remote session (TeamViewer or any other software of your choice)?
