TBM Activation fails - online or offline / Job number cap on import?

Question

Hi everybody, 
 I tried to install and activate TBM 5 (because I want to import TO300 data and understand that this is not possible with TBM 6). I have failed to activate the licence, both online or offline. I then tried to import my TO3000 3 D data and the process started but was then aborted due to too many projects. 
 My questions are: 
 
 Is this error message only due to the fact that the licence is not activated ("Maximum allowed job count exceeded"? 
 
 If yes: 
 
 How do I activate the licence? 
 
 If no: 
 
 What is the limit for projects that can be imported? 
 
 And then: How do I activate the licence?

Hello, Carola, 
 Which error you get when trying to activate the license? If it's already in use or you get tamper detection, you have to go to support chat, where one of our colleagues will help to reset your license.

 Correct. When unlicensed, TBM allows to create only 30 jobs.
