Hi Jennifer Rodgers , if your file is still in Translation/Review stage, then the target can be downloaded from the Online Editor: 

If the project file reached the Finalization stage, then you need to got to Files -> Select the target one and on the right hand side download the latest one:

Hmm, I don't have any versions after V2 for any file, even for files that are 100% translated. And when I clicked 'Download Translated File' that only downloaded the Xliff.  I think the problem must be how I am adding the translated files to the project. I'm just adding them in as a file; how should I add a translated Xliff?
