How do I open the package in the RWS Cloud Inbox

I tried to open the translation package created by others from Inbox > Active > More Actions > Upload Package. I received a message that says "Your file was successfully uploaded, however processing may take some time to complete. Refresh this page later to see the updated task statistics." I have been refreshing the page but the package does not appear in the ACTIVE section of the INBOX, so I cannot open the package in the cloud although it says it has been successfully uploaded. What is the problem?
