What permissions do I need to add to allow my translators to be able to add, edit and delete terms in Trados editor view?

I enabled these but my translators still couldn't add new terms in the Trados editor interface, the buttons are greyed out I though it would be something like add entry?

 The option should be called Edit Content.

 I can see the default Terminologist role in Trados Team has Edit Content option.
