Ever since the new horizontal workflow was introduced in Trados Team, we have been unable to add users on a lower customer level to the phases in the workflow when creating projects.
In our company we work with external translators in our Team environment as well, just on a lower customer/location level than our own users. We use these locations to create the projects for the external translators so they do not have access to our own projects. In the previous, vertical, workflow, we were able to add these lower-level users without any problem to the phases in the workflow in projects created on the same lower-level location. However, with the new workflow, I have to first create the project on the desired location with only me assigned in the workflow, then assign the users and then start the project. Is there a way to make the customer users available during the initial creation of the project?
