Hello, I am very new and I can't even seem to add a termbase to my project in Trados Studio 2024.
Here is what my project settings look like.
But whenever I try to add a term I still get this message:
Hi Marissa - can I ask you to click on the save symbol in the error message (the floppy disk image)? This should give you an XML file that you could attach here if possible. It will give us more details around the error and hopefully we can advise on how to address it. Thanks, Daniel

Also - looking at the screen - which termbase would you like to add the terms to? New Termbase or Transphere? If "New Termbase", you would need to enable it and make it the default. If Transphere, then best disable the filter "source contains synonyms" and use no filter. Just a few initial suggestions. Thanks, Daniel
