Language Cloud down?

Question

I am getting a message in Trados Studio 2017 saying sufficient permissions could not be obtained for opening SDL Language Cloud and disabling it and when I attempt to access SDL sites related to Language Cloud I get a "500 Internal Error" message. Does this mean Language Cloud is down?

Sorry for the delay in the reply; I somehow turned off notifications of new messages to this group. Planned downtime is announced on the home page of SDL Language Cloud. I think on this day there was a short service outage that was identified by our monitoring software and resolved as quickly as possible.
