Still no top-down layout (or above-below-editor) in SDL 2021????

Will there be a top-down layout (or above-below-editor) in SDL 2021???? Or are you still using old technology like DOS as a base?

 In the Online Editor yes... in Studio no.

 I think the main reason would be that the technology used for the Editor would require more effort than its worth compared to other things we need to address in the product. Most modern translation tools these days use the side by side view for a good reason. 
 I mentioned the Online Editor because this is available to you as part of Trados 2021.
