I had a problem with placeholders while working on Mac (using Chrome browser). I hit the 'ctrl+,' to open placeholders menu, then I closed the menu, pressed 'ctrl+a' to mark the whole segment and when I tried to put a placeholder on it, the menu wouldn't open. I had to refresh the window to make it work.
Also, I noticed a problem when copying and pasting in Trados Live on Mac. It often doesn't work. Just like that.
Perhaps Patrik Mazanek or Luis Lopes are aware of these sort of things?
