SDL Language Cloud 2020

Hello

whenever I try to access SDL Language Cloud i get this message:

Error message in SDL Language Cloud stating 'You don't have permission to access SDL Language Cloud' with an OK button.

I have already tried these steps:

Windows 10

  1. Open the Control Panel:
    • Hold the Windows Key and press the [X] key, then select Control Panel.
  2. Open File Explorer Options:
    • Type File Explorer Options in the Search Control Panel text box and click the File Explorer Options icon that appears.
  3. Activate the View tab.
  4. Then:
    • To show hidden folders, select the radio button Show hidden files and folders in the Hidden files and folders section.
    • To show all file name extensions, remove the check mark from the check box Hide extensions for known file types.
    • To show protected operation system files, remove the check mark from the check box labelled Hide protected operating system files.
  5. Press the Apply button and then the OK button and close all dialogs

But when I try to continue to these next steps:

  1. Close SDL Trados Studio
    2. Go to  C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL
AppData is a hidden folder. Follow the steps described in this article: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001137to uncover hidden folders.
    2. Find "LanguageCloud.bin" or "LanguageCloudMachineTranslation.bin"
    3. Rename the file to LanguageCloud_OLD.bin or LanguageCloudMachineTranslation.bin_OLD
    4. Start SDL Trados Studio and check if you can add Language Cloud machine translation to your translation

I cant find C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL

Can you tell me what to do?
