Hello
whenever I try to access SDL Language Cloud i get this message:
I have already tried these steps:
Windows 10
- Open the Control Panel:
- Hold the Windows Key and press the [X] key, then select Control Panel.
- Open File Explorer Options:
- Type File Explorer Options in the Search Control Panel text box and click the File Explorer Options icon that appears.
- Activate the View tab.
- Then:
- To show hidden folders, select the radio button Show hidden files and folders in the Hidden files and folders section.
- To show all file name extensions, remove the check mark from the check box Hide extensions for known file types.
- To show protected operation system files, remove the check mark from the check box labelled Hide protected operating system files.
- Press the Apply button and then the OK button and close all dialogs
But when I try to continue to these next steps:
- Close SDL Trados Studio
2. Go to C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL
AppData is a hidden folder. Follow the steps described in this article: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001137to uncover hidden folders.
2. Find "LanguageCloud.bin" or "LanguageCloudMachineTranslation.bin"
3. Rename the file to LanguageCloud_OLD.bin or LanguageCloudMachineTranslation.bin_OLD
4. Start SDL Trados Studio and check if you can add Language Cloud machine translation to your translation
I cant find C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL
Can you tell me what to do?
