I have created a test project and then I tried to delete it, but could not complete deletion.
This is what is displayed
Quite a long time has elapsed and the status is always the same.
If I try to access the project from Trados desktop I get this message

I still see the project name in the dashboard of Trados Live (and in Trados Desktop)
If I click on the project name in the dashboard I get this error message

I will log a support ticket on your behalf as I'm able to replicate this.
It appears (on my side) to only happen on a project that wasn't fully downloaded to Studio before deleting in Trados Live.

I have the same problem here.
If I click on the project name in the dashboard I get this error message:
