It was fine until yesterday, but today I see nothing under the translation memory tab and I keep getting an error message saying "the server encountered an error processing the request".
There were about 4 translation memories I've created and I need one of them for work today.
What should I do?

I think we need more information here.
Are you referring to Translation Memories under Project settings or the actual Translation Memory view?
Where are you saving your TM's? Locally or in the cloud?
Are you working with a local project? Live Essentials or perhaps Groupshare?
The more information you can provide (including screenshots) the better -
