Termbase does not recognize words with apostrophes

Question

As you can see in the image the name 'Elisabeth' is inserted in the Termbase data but can't be recognized because of the apostrophe even though I lower minimum match value to 30% . 
 Previous questions was not clear to me. Any help please?

 Some things to check perhaps: 
 
 I didn't set a specific variant for Arabic and English. You set en-US and ar-SA specifically. Perhaps test that just in case? 
 check your settings... I used these:
