I found out an issue today. I bought Trados license a few days ago, so I'm fairly new to this application. I've been working on a project from the Trados Live cloud client and from the desktop app. Most of the the documents are Exel files and the client obviously need it back with same format. I watched an explanatory video on how to save files to match clients requirements. But I just found out that the for some reason the "save target as" option is no available in my desktop app. It's not avaible for any document. The button is just shaded. I have not been able to figure out how to solve this. Nevertheless, I could the "download translated document" option from the Trados Live does work, so I used it to retrieve two of the translated documents.
I would appreciate any suggestion you may provide me with to solve this issue.
