Error message "You cannot use RWS ID to log in. Enter your regular credentials to upgrade your account to RWS ID now."

When I click on a link in an email from Trados Live to download files, I get an error on the linked page saying "You cannot use RWS ID to log in. Enter your regular credentials to upgrade your account to RWS ID now." What is happening please? This previously worked ok.

Just to note, I have just experienced exactly this problem. Fortunately, it was not critical.
