I tried to use Trados Live but the service keeps telling me that I don't have permissions for the account. Can anyone help me? I saw a similar question unanswered for more than a year but maybe I'll be more lucky :)
Hi Dmitry Novikov It looks like you were not added as a user to that tenant. Please give us more details. Who is the administrator on that tenant (email address) and what is the tenant ID (the number is part of the URL)? We can check if the tenant is working fine, but if this is not your tenant, one of the Admins needs to add you to it with the correct privileges. Looking forward to your reply.
