We are a small translation agency and we’re using Trados Studio 2021 SR1 - 16.1.8.4404.
We have 3 licenses linked to an account (User 1). However, the three licenses are used by different people, who perform different tasks.
As an example: User 1 uses license 1 with Account 1 and plays the role of administrator, translator, and reviewer. User 2 uses license 2 with Account 1 and just perform an administrator role. And User 3 uses license 3 with Account 1 and plays a role of translator and reviewer. Since the users play different roles, we’re interested in separate or restrict what each user can view and modify.
User 1 created one Cloud Project in Trados Live, and the rest of users were able to access the same project. How can we restrict the access to projects and resources (TB and TM) of different users considering that right now User 1 owns the 3 licenses?
Each Trados Live user must have a license to manage the resources? If this is the case, which licenses support Trados Live?
Also, we would like to know the possibilities to integrate Trados Live with third parties. May a vendor who already has a Trados Studio license (2019-2021) work on a Cloud Project created by the company?
Thanks in advance for the help.
