All my students already have an RWS ID that they created signing up for certification exams using their personal email.

They also installed Trados Studio in trial version.

I invited them all to Trados Live with their university email as suggested in the Guide.
However, after having correctly received the invitation on the university email, clicking on the Accept invitation button, they are unable to authenticate with RWS ID. Here the error message they are receiving:

Error activating user in the account, This invitation was intended for a user other than the one with which you are currently logged in. Please log out and click the invitation link again or, alternatively, contact the person who invited you to the account.

They are all in the group Project manager. I wonder if this could be the problem.

I suggested them to use Chrome in anonymous mode (I read this tip somewhere in the forum) to exclude issues with cache, but this was usefull.

Before sending the invitatios to students, I tried in my Playground to invite myself with another personal email and it was successful.
