Hi Jorge Rodrigo CABALLERO DE LA REZA,
Trados Studio is desktop based, meaning that the software is installed locally and all the work you do should be saved locally, in your PC. Having this in mind, all your work can be easily managed without internet connection, if you do not need to connect to external providers for other services.
In summanry, if you do not need to use a server based TM, TB, etc then having internet connection is not a requirement.
