Thanks a lot for your answer. I guess I haven't explained my problem properly.

When I open my desktop application, I can see in the upper right corner that I'm logged in to the cloud. I'm also able to work with Trados Live, which wouldn't be possible otherwise. The only weird thing is, that, when using the link provided in the email saying there is a download available for the completed project, I'm not able to log on via this link.

This is what is shown when using the link in the email. When I try to log in with my credentials, it doesn't recognize neither my email nor my password. I'm also nit sure what this RWS ID is. Do I need to set up something different? Otherwise, working with the cloud works fine. It's just this link in the email that forwards me to the above shown login that doesn't work.

Stefanie Weeber, I think we have gotten to the bottom of this. Please can you confirm/check. When you click on the embedded link in the email and you are taken to your browser, can you find /cp/ as part of the URL? See below?
 

Yes, indeed, I can confirm that there is /cp/ in the URL.

Fab as you are proving the issue that we raised to development thanks to your original post

The /cp/ in the URL means Client Portal. Supporting a client portal makes no sense for those on an essential package  - as its better suited for those who have team/enterprise packages. In essence the embedded URL in these "completed" email notifications is clearly wrong.  A SRQ 18548 has been raised for this, so once again thank you for bringing it to our attention.

Summary take away for you are:

• Nothing is wrong with your log in details
• Please access your project/files directly from the Web when wanting to access the files that are available for download
