When I want to create an online project, and under Location I want to add a New Customer, Trados brings me to Trados Live but I can't access it as it says 'You don't have sufficient permissions to access this account'. But I'm already logged in. What am I doing wrong?

Hi @Tamás Fáy,

The message usually appears when a user doesn't have administrator rights.

What I do suggest you is to check with whoever created/added your user to this Trados Live account, if the user was added to the administrators group.
