I received a letter that licenses for the Trados Live Team account have been granted. But when I go to the page on the specified ID, the page is not loaded. I only see a blank page. And in the command line (search bar) my ID (languagecloud.sdl.com/.../dashboard). How can I get to the page to distribute licenses to students?

Can you try to clear browser cache and browser history, then try again?
