I opened a support ticket and the issue was solved the next day - what a pleasant surprise!
Hi Chiara Baroncelli,
This message usually appears when a user is created in Trados Live account and that user was not added to a user group.
Can you please make sure that the user is added to one of the Trados Live groups?
