Logging in Trados Live

I'm having problems accessing the language cloud. I receive the following message every time I try to log in: "An account has already been linked to your organization. We recommend that you account administrator." 

I don't have any other account (I'm working as an independent translator), so I don't know why I'm getting this. I've been trying to get support for days without any success. Impossible to contact anyone. I even tried to buy a Level 2 Support Package, but each time I get to the payment page I obtain a blank page. This is so frustrating.

I'm using the paid version of Trados Studio Freelance Plus 2021.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
