I have trados 2021, an dI never used Trados Live. I would like to use trados in my laptop. I have been using it only in my desktop computer. But now I need to use it in my laptop.
How do I see my projects there and my glossaries? I opened it and I saw the website but i did not see any of my projects.
I watched the video, but I just dont see my projects. I dont know ig I have to get them from somewhere in my computer...
Ill be looking forward to your feedback.
Hi Milagros Diaz,
Trados Studio is a desktop application through which you can connect to the Trados Live (Cloud solution). Since you never used Trados Live before, I assume that all the projects and termbases are saved on your local drive, this means that these resources will only be available on that computer. If you intend to use Trados Live solution, then you first need to make sure you have one of the Trados Live subscriptions enabled and afterwards you can go over the YouTube tutorials. Here is the channel dedicated to Trados Live: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EI4Vqbmv0tc&list=PLeCTib6EEYZF6QtPJaz97Ju2rSTYxqeMw&ab_channel=Trados
I hope the above information was helpful.

How do i know that i have trados live subscription enabled?
Milagros Diaz please access the next link: www.languagecloud.sdl.com (Cloud platform) and login. You can the find out what subscription is activated in your Cloud account (e.g. Trados Studio Professional Cloud Capabilities or Trados Team). This information can be seen in User -> Manage Account -> Subscription. If there is no subscription, you will be informed about purchasing one.
