Hi this is an emergency!
My team assigned me in Translation stage with one more person but I accidently click "complete" while we have not done anything and now I cannot translate it with her as the task status is "completed". What can I do to reopen the file and move it back to translation stage?
Hi Mai Dam - the reviewer should be able to send it back to translation by requesting corrections. I.e. in the linguistic review stage, the file can be returned to the translation stage by requesting those corrections. This option appears when the reviewer 'complete's their task. If it's urgent, perhaps the project manager could assign the review task for them and do a 'dummy' review where they complete the review and request corrections.
