I work with English-Kannada Language. I have done all the Settings, My License is Active.

The reason why you cannot use Language Weaver (neural machine translation) is because the language pair is not listed. You can check the available languages if you login to your Language Weaver account (https://translate.sdlbeglobal.com) -> User -> Mange -> All Language Pairs.
