I have Trados Studio 2022 - 17.0.4.13209. When working in Studio, I keep receiving the following notification: No internet connection - Trados Studio requires an internet connection to sync your cloud project files. Check you network and try again. I get this message several times a day. This happens no matter where I work (home or office).
We made some research and found that this might be caused by local permissions. We found this article, but it relates to Trados Studio 2021. Could I use the solution below to solve my problem or is there a more recent solution? I've also checked with our IT department and the Language Cloud websites and ports are added to the exclusion list.
