Access to Trados Cloud

Dear Community,

we have problems accessing the cloud and think that it is because we had a Trados Live Team Trial account running in 2021. The trial account still works which shouldn't - and if I want to change the account to the "normal" cloud, there is a message that I do not have the sufficient permission.

We use Trados Studio 2021 and 2022 in network licenses.

Moreover, I would like to add members to my organization so they can access "their" cloud, too.

Could somebody please advise what we have to do?
