Hi everyone,
my team and I use Trados Team for our translation projects and now have to create a translation package for some translators who do not work in the cloud.
But unfortunatly they had problems opening the offline packages, we created from Trados Team. They use Trados Studio Versions 2017 or 2019.
Do you know how we could solve this problem? Are there any limits of compatibility?

Do you have more details, anything from 2019 should work fine, 2017 is out of support so we cannot guarantee it will work.

thanks for yours reply.
I ask for more details and it is a problem to open the file in the Editor-view. They get the error: Der Objektverweis wurde nicht auf eine Objektinstanz festgelegt. After clicking ok Trados crashes.
But this error is only popping up in Trados 2017 and 2019 but noch in Trados 2021.
I will also file a Support case about this issue.
