Hi Radu and Marie, I am experiencing the same issue. I get exactly the same message: "Unexpected exception when initializing view part Report" Trados studio 22 does not load after initialization and sends error message right afterwards: 

► Unexpected exception when initializing view part Report
► Service 'Sdl.TranslationStudio.Api.ProjectManagement.lReportsViewService' could not be started.
► Object reference not defined for object instance.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program and the same issued appeared.

Can you please open a Support Ticket with a Case ID?

Hi, I am running on Windows 11 and I found no such files to rename anywhere in my computer. Could you please advise?

Hi everyone, I have managed to fix the problem.

1) I have uninstalled Trados using Control Panel>Programs>Uninstall.

2)  After that I searched the Files folder for a file named projects.xls and deleted it;

3)  After that I restarted the computer and reinstalled the Program Trados Suite 2022. 

4) Then I logged on my rws account.

5)  I recovered the files and projects that were stored in the cloud.

*Note that I installed the original version I got back in January 2023 - the latest one was showing error messages. Once the program loaded fully, I went ahead and updated to the latest version. 

**This was done using Windows 11 OS platform
