Me and my team have been using the Online editor of Trados team for several months now, through Chrome.
We recently noticed that the word count below the editor is no more automatically updated (both numbers and %).
We have to refresh the page to get the right numbers and percentages.
Is this a well-known issue? Is this due to our browser or maybe to the firewall/antivirus?
I encounter the same issue with Firefox.

indeed this was a bug introduced during some refactoring, but we addressed it recenlty - can you still reproduce the problem, even today?
Yes, it has been the case for several days now, however we noticed at some point that the functionality worked again. We then thought is was probably linked to our VPN connection when working home. But today we are working at the office and it is still blocked.
OK, thanks a lot for reporting, we are looking into it.
We did some temporary measures to address the issue, still working on permanent fix.
