Schedule template

Question

Hello, 
 
 I suddenly noticed there is a new menu item called Schedule Template in the workflows tab (also appears in the project settings wizard). However I didn't find a description of this in the last Release info. What exactly does this Schedule Template do and how does it work? Please provide some details.
