Hello,
TM Maintenance Editor seems not working. I tried with several tm's, but all return the same error message: unexpected error loading content from server / there are no segments to show.
All other functions (import, export, adding to project, ...) are working.
Any ideas?

I am sorry to see that you experienced this issue.
Let me know if this is still happening.
The error could have been caused by a temporary error with the TM service.
All the services that function in Trados Cloud are monitored 24/7 by our teams so any issue is identified and fixed as soon as possible.

Yes the error is stil happening. I have 4 TMs. All TM Maintenance editor requests return the same error.

Have you tried to re-create them from the beginning?
What was their original source?
Or just try to export their contents and recreate them to see if it works?

I've been working with Trados Cloud for 1-2 years now and I've never had any problems with it before. I don't want to start all over again every time there's a problem.
The original source is Studio local TMs.
Is the TM Maintenance Editor problem unique to me or is it a general problem?

I understand this, but this issue is not a general problem. We have thousands of users using Cloud TM Maintenence Editor.
There is most probably something wrong with your TMs, there might have been an issue when they were created or updated.
The first troubleshooting step in any situation is to recreate the resource to see if the error still appears.
Where did you import the data from in the Cloud TMs?

I created a new translation memory , exported from the old one and imported to the new one.
But I am getting the same error.

The issue seems to be caused by a defect that our Development team is working to fix.
To avoid the error, Online Editor needs to be set to Vertical view instead of Horizontal and this solves the issue with the TM Maintenance window error.
The error is back again, now in vertival view also.
