Import term base to Trados Accelerate

Question

How can I import a termbase to Trados Accelerate? I can access the term base in several different file types, including XLS and TBX. On my Trados account, it looks like I can upload a termbase in XDT format. I saw suggested in some other posts that Trados' Glossary Converter be used but that is an add-on to Trados Studio, which I do not have access to. Thanks very much.
