2 task iterations

Question

What does it mean if there are "2 task iterations"? 
 In case the context for this is relevant, I assigned a project to a translator that downloaded the file, translated it in their own Studio offline, and then uploaded the completed translation back. In the file history it does show "Import" and "Translation" steps. However, when I download the V6 Translation file, it still shows only the source language with the target language completely blank.
