I have the exact same issue, just reinstalled everything on a new pc and currect projects are not shown anymore after a restart of Studio 2022, although the filter is set to ALL projects!

I have tried, Daniel, but since my computer change, it won't work anymore. I reinstalled everything. But whereas Studio used to work on a separate D drive, it is now back on the C drive. I see that in the api.xml, the old file location is still mentioned. When I try to change it to the C drive location and save it, reopen Studio, open projects and then close Studio, I see no change when restarting Studio. The current projects are still gone, and when opening the api.xml again, it is back to the old location (D:). 

What about the user ID mentioned in that api.xml? I tried several options (including English and Dutch, as my system language on the new pc is Dutch, but still, it won't work. Any other idea? Or can I change the projects.xml somehow of tweak settings in Studio itself where it should store things?

Uli Steppen  did you try to re-add the projects and templates from the drive, to Studio. 

If you installed it again, and the paths don't match, that might be the cause. 

What happens if you re-open the projects you have saved locally and re-add/re-open the Templates, when you create a project. 

Do you get any error messages? 

What version of Trados Studio did you install?

Thank you very much for your response and sorry for not answering earlier. In my case, it was indeed a problem with OneDrive. I don't know why this problem occurred right now as I have used OneDrive for some time now. But I was able to find my templates and to reimport them to Trados, nothing it lost, it was just no longer accessible.
