Error opening cloud projects

Question

Hello, 
 After the last update, when I am trying to open a cloud project in Studio, I am receiving the following error:

If a segment is added, Studio crashes. 
 If you close the file without adding anything you get the following error:

With online editor everything is fine. 
 Version: Trados Studio 2022 SR2 - 17.2.9.18688, Windows 11, no plugins installed. 
 Does anyone have any idea or experience?

 I am sorry to hear that you were experiencing this error. 
 Can you please confirm if this is still the case? Are you still getting the error message? 
 Was this on all projects? 
 I would suggest a Trados Studio repair or reinstallation, as it might be that the update was not correctly installed.
