Can you please confirm what Trados Product do you have. 
Integration is supported according to the documentation only between RWS Trados Enterprise and Crowdin.

The Integrations menu is only available for Trados Enterprise product. https://languagecloud.sdl.com/lc/api-docs/service-credentials

If you have a Trados Enterprise account you should also have a Support Agreement and you can contact RWS Support for assistance.

I have a Trados Business Personal account. Does this mean that I will not be able to connect my Trados account with Crowdin?

It seems that for Trados Business Personal the Integrations menu is not available so you won't be able to integrate with Crowdin. 
Luis Lopes could confirm it there are any other plans for the future in this area, or this is because of the technical design of the Trados Cloud platform.
