Message in Team cloud-based

I get this message when I open the Editor and I can't closed it. 
 Can you please help me?

 Can you please confirm if you are also Admin in the account and if you have access to the project? 
 Did you close the task? Or is someone else managing the projects and you are only working on tasks. Maybe you need to contact the Project Manager.
