Our users have noticed that some tracked changes (in the Review step) aren't recorded properly - users key in the changes, but they aren't properly recorded as tracked changes, or they appear ok initially but have disappeared when returning to the segment

This tends to happen especially with multiple keystrokes - eg if users press "delete" multiple times quickly to make a change, the Online Editor doesn't seem to cope. 

Has anyone else noticed this? 

I'm reluctant to log a support case as it won't be something that can be easily / dependably reproduced - by nature it's an intermittent problem. But interested to learn whether other users have noticed the same.
