I bought Studio '22 in August last year, but each time I try to save a project in the Cloud, even though I appear in the groups "Administrators" and "Terminologists" in my account, I get a message "You do not have the appropriate authorizations to create cloud projects", what should I do please?

Thank you, Daniel, yes I already was logged in with the same account, and it seems to be better now as a subscription was created for me, but I have work to do before I can look more into it. I will let you know when I can, thanks again!
