Hi Allie,
As you're probably aware, access to Trados Enterprise requires the user to have an RWS ID. It is possible for us to federate authentication to your Azure AD but that requires setup from our side. I would suggest that you start by raising a support ticket so that we can track the request and engage with the appropriate teams in RWS to set this up for you.
