Error starting a cloud project with Studio

Question

I'm trying to start a cloud project with Studio 2022, however after clicking Finish I get error messages: Invalid request, our cloud platform cannot process your request right now, and Something went wrong, we could not upload the project. 
 Clicking check error details I get this message. I don't know what to do and how to solve the issue. 
 
 I am not sure where to see my full version number but it was updated just last week.
