We are a team of two translators using Trados Cloud Capabilities with a Trados Professional account.
We share Cloud Translation Memories and Termbases to work simultaneously on projects by adding Cloud Resources to them.
In order to have more granular details, I have added an additional user to the administrator's group so that the Translation units would be marked with the name of the translator who logged in to Language Cloud with that user account.
We have worked with this setup for a few days and everything seemed to be working fine. However, this morning the new user cannot see any Cloud Translation Resources nor Cloud Terminology, neither in Trados Studio nor when they access Language Cloud via a browser.

Trados Studio License: Trados Studio 2024 Professional (2 licenses)
Trados Studio 2022 (version SR2 17.2.11.19134) and 2024 (18.0.0.1013)
Connection to Language Cloud via Browser: Firefox version 130.0.1
