I wanted to add a user to our Language Weaver group. However, I got an error message saying: 'Failed to create user. Email address is already used''. This is indeed true; this specific user has worked with Trados Studio in the past.
How can I add this user to our user group for Language Weaver? Or should he be able to login into Language Weaver and find our user group via another route?

If the user is already part of a Language Weaver account, they need to be removed from there by the Admin of that account. If they had a Trados Studio license in the past, most likely they are the only Admin in that Language Weaver account.
In this situation, a case to RWS Support would be needed and we can manually remove the user from the un-used account, so you can add the user to the account they are supposed to be using.

Hi Radu,
I happen to be the admin of our Language Weaver licence. This user indeed was the admin of the Trados Studio license we had in the past. We've ended our Studio liceense and are now only using Language Weaver.
How do i contact RWS Support to get this fixed? I've contacted community@rws.com but there I was advised to post my issue here first.
